ABOUT NATIVE
NATIVE is a plans drafting and interior design studio founded by builders, for builders. We believe that detailed, thoughtful, and quality house plans and interior design sets are the beginning of great construction.
Our work is tailored to your unique goals and specifications. We pride ourselves on quality communication and creative ideas to help bring your vision to the page so that one day, you can go vertical using our plan sets.
WHAT WE ARE
We ARE a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering a “middle market” product – more detailed and comprehensive than draftsman plans typically are, more similar to an architect’s plan set quality, but delivered at a cost far less than that of licensed architects and in a format much clearer and easier to bid and build than that typically delivered by architects and designers.
WHAT WE ARE NOT
Transparently, we are NOT a licensed architecture firm and hold no official certifications in plans drafting nor interior design. That said, most residential projects in most municipalities do not require an architect’s stamp. We encourage clients to double check this with their municipality to make sure that this is compatible with their project’s needs.

PATRIZIO MURDOCCA
Founder
​Patrizio brings over eight years of real estate and construction experience to the team, with a background that blends financial expertise, development strategy, and hands-on project management. A Vanderbilt University Economics graduate and former digital marketing entrepreneur, he has since developed over $50MM in residential real estate, entitled 600+ lots across multiple subdivisions, and served as a consultant for major firms including Brookfield Properties and Legacy South. Bilingual in Spanish, he fosters strong relationships with crews and vendors while keeping projects efficient and cost-conscious. When he's not on-site, Patrizio enjoys life in Brentwood with his wife and their young daughter.
JAVIER AMAYA-PRAHL
General Manager
Javier brings a blend of real estate, sales, and creative experience to the team, combining strong business discipline with a sharp eye for design. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and has professional experience in Commercial Real Estate, and Enterprise Software Sales. Outside of work, Javier enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending time with family and being outdoors.
